1.   PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

It adopts setting vacuum chamber and the rubber belt moves on vacuum chamber. Vacuum chamber and rubber belt form a structure of moving and sealing. It in fact has realized continuous filtering, cake cleaning, residue unloading and filter fabrics cleaning and collecting the mother liquid and the cake cleaning liquid separately. 2.    STRUCTURAL TECHNICAL FEATURES

This can accomplish feeding, filtration, cake washing, sip up, cake discharge, cloth wash techniques operation continuously.

The mother filtrate and others washing filtrate can be collected in different subsection. Meanwhile the washing can be in current washing and countercurrent washing way. It is flexible to assemble equipment because of the modular structure and convenient for the transportation and installation. It is convenient to remote automatic control and scene control for DCS.

3.    EQUIPMENT STRUCTURE

(1)  Vacuum box and lift-fall device

    Vacuum box adopts separate sections; each section has the nozzle connecting to the collecting liquid pipe, forming the vacuum system. It has designed a lift-fall device, convenient to replace the friction belt.

(2)  Deviation-rectifying device

    Adopt cylinder or air-bag to move a angle of the deviation-correcting roller. Achieve correcting the deviation of the filter cloth, make sure the filter cloth run correctly.

(3)  Rubber Tension device

    Rubber tension device adjust the tension of the rubber belt by the screw, make sure the enough friction and no-deviation running.

(4)  Washing device

    Uses the craft water to spray, washing the filter cloth and the rubber belt, also haS the vacuum sucker seal box, buy the way, guarantee the clean job site and the rubber belt filter machine work normally,. The nozzle uses the product of the American atomization company, may fully guarantee the clean washing effect.

(5)  Materials spraying wash craft

    Adopt the countercurrent spray washing and the spout spray washing. According to the material and the craft requirement, it can use the countercurrent or the current washing for the better effect.

(6)  Rubber belt and the skirt brim,baffle

    Adopts EP200 four layers polyester cloth as the frame, rubber belt edge adopts undulation skirt-brim bonded on the parallel rubber belt, with good elasticity. It can prevent the liquids flow out. On the surface of the rubber belt, there are rows of the transverse grooves with the displacement hole, which has prevented the infiltration of the liquids through fabrics from causing delaminating of the filter belt. Therefore fabrics prolong the service life of the filter belt.

(7)  Rubber belt support device

    Rubber belt adopts air bag or water film supporting. The rubber belt floats on air bag, reducing moving resistance and good for prolong the service life of rubber belt.

(8)  Control system

    Adopts remote control and scene alternately control, facilitated the operation work, is advantageous for implementing nobody operation.
